Corporate Social Responsibility
Novaland Group always considers social activities as a part of its responsibility to the community in aiming to contribute to long-term and sustainable development in Vietnamese society. During the past years, Novaland has made efforts to initiate, sponsor and participate in many meaningful & useful social programs, such as helping orphans, nursing, eye surgery, heart surgery, supporting old-aged and poor people in South West Vietnam, building houses of gratitude, offering scholarships to poor students through Teacher Nhe’s scholarship program.
Novaland’s social responsibility is also demonstrated by taking action, like taking care of employees, creating stable jobs, developing a sustainable business, creating a good working environment for the benefit of the employees’ stable, full, prosperous and happy lives. Novaland’s employees have stable lives that help to contribute to build up society. This is the social responsibility that the Group will always give priority to.
