Developing human resources to meet the requirements in the new situation is identified as a strategic task, the Group has actively completed policies to attract talents, comprehensive welfare regimes, training and development, diversification of equal opportunities in the structure of human resources. 

With outstanding policies, human resources with Efficiency - Integrity – Professionalism, the Group has received the "Best Companies to work for in Asia" Award for three consecutive years. 

In terms of human resources, it is expected that by 2023, the number of employees of Nova Service Group, Nova Consumer Group and Novaland Group will be up to 40,000 people to be able to serve long-distance plans.
