On 12th July of 2018, Novaland Group donated VND1 billion to Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee Binh Thuan Province on the occasion of the conference “How to improve the province’s business climate and ranking in the provincial competitiveness index” (PCI) organized by People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province.
Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee Binh Thuan Province received donation from Novaland Group.
This fund will be used to implement social programs in province such as: favor repayment, poverty reduction and education support for needy children in order to improve living standard of community, especially disadvantaged areas.
Also in Binh Thuan, Novaland Group offered gift to more than 200 needy people in Tanh Linh and Duc Linh district.
At the same time, Binh Thuan province will also be one of the key localities to be promoted by Novaland to develop hospitality real-estate with large-scale projects in near future. This field belongs to Novaland Group's second phase business strategy. According to the plan, Novaland will focus 80% of resources for the housing market in HCM City and spend 20% of investment capital to expand the development of products in hospitality real-estate in provinces with great tourism potential, for example Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan Province), Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Da Nang, etc.
