On August 10th, 2018, in the framework of "Can Tho City investment promotion conference", under the witness of the Prime Minister, government and local leaders; Can Tho City People's Committee and Novaland Group has signed memorandum of cooperation for new hospitality projects.

On August 8th 2018, The HCMC Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients (SAPP) and Novaland Group handed over 346 water purifying machines to 27 schools in Tan Tru district of Long An province, providing clean drinking water for nearly 14,000 teachers and students before new school year.

On July 30th, 2018, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation (HSX: NVL) ("Novaland" or the "Company") announced today its financial results for the second quarter of 2018. As at June 30th, 2018, the Company recognized Net revenues of VND4,290 billion and Net profit after tax of VND745 billion. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of period was VND8,841 billion.

On May 10th 2018, the program of "Clean water for schools" 2018 launched by The Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association for Poor Patient (SAPP), cooperated by Novaland Group - is officially implemented. Before the new school year 2018 - 2019, 52 schools in Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province and 27 schools in Tan Tru District, Long An Province are expected to be equipped with a direct drinking water filter systems which are satisfied the standards of Pasteur Institute.  The budget for this program is estimated of nearly VND 6 billion.
