Recently, according to some information from some mass media channels, the Ministry of Finance has issued " Report of purpose land use changing of National Enterprise and , equitized enterprise from 01/7/2014 to the end November 30, 2016 "with a list of 60 projects, including a number of projects deemed unfinished to the finance duty. 

In this list, there are 03 projects belonging to Novaland Group and 01 project which Novaland is the Development Consultant, As the representatives of the project investors we would like to clarify the information as follows:

1 / Trade service project, office, office-tel and apartment at 128 Hong Ha, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist.
The project has completed its land-financing obligations with the Goverment; Completion of construction and on the way to complete the commissioning process to hand over to our customers.

2 / Commercial service, office, office-tel and apartment project at 08 Hoang Minh Giam, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist.
The project has completed its land-financing obligations with the Goverment; It was allowed to sign purchase contract with customers and prepare the procedures for checking and taking over and ready to use.

3 / The residential complex and trade in services at 119 Pho Quang Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District
The project is being conducted by the authorities to conduct procedures for the valuation of land use fees. The project has a construction permit and is under construction.

4 / Complex project of trade services, hotel office, Office-tel, apartment at 15 Thi Sach, District 1
The project was consulted and linked to develop by Novaland and the project has approval  for investment & got the construction licensing by state management agencies. The current construction is on schedule, the project has completed the construction of all pile foundation, diaphragm walls and two basements.
