In just a few weeks, the Novaland has consistently been honored at many international awards, not only for its outstanding development of projects but also for its efforts in human resource development, for effective community activities to win the goal of sustainable development.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): the factor contributes to the sustainable development

For the fist time ever this award is honored in the list of Vietnam Property Awards 2017, Special Recognition in CSR was awarded to Novaland Corporation on 2nd June 2017.

On the same day, Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards (AREA) - the prestigious regional award of the Enterprise Asia (NGO) - honored Novaland in the category of Social Empowerment and Investment in People. Especially, Novaland was the first Vietnamese brand in the real estate field named at the ceremony of AREA Awards held in Bangkok (Thailand).

+ Vietnam Property Awards 2017 with Highly Commended - Best High End Condo Development (Ho Chi Minh City)

Lakeview City (An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) won the award of "Architecture Multiple Residence Vietnam" within the framework of Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017.

Nova Phu Sa (Can Tho City) won the award of “Best Hotel Landscape Architectural Design, Highly Commended - Best Hotel Development from Vietnam Property Awards 2017.

Novaland Group is also honored as Top 10 Best Real Estate Investor in Vietnam from the BCI Asia Awards 2017. This is the 5th consecutive year Novaland has been honored at the BCI Asia Awards - one of the most prestigious awards in the Asia constructive industry. Top 10 was chosen based on criteria such as: the total value of the largest project; scale, management capacity, project architecture, excellent quality of products and services; and especially the positive impact of the products on the community and society.
