Investor prefer to Saigon south Area

Director of market survey CBRE Vietnam, Duong Thuy Dung, said the South area in HCM City accounted for nearly 35% of the total condominium market share of the city. In terms of supply, I see the South is one of the most exciting. 

In the years 2015-2016, the number of apartments offered for sale in the South is very high, expected in 2017 will continue to increase, Ms. Dung commented.
According to JLL Vietnam statistics, in 2015, it is estimated that about 8% of total supply in the market is concentrated in district 7. In 2016, this number increased to 15.6%. "In general, Ho Chi Minh City area is very positive in all aspects,"  the representative of JLL Vietnam said.

More importantly, a series of key infrastructure projects are planned to focus on the South such as underground tunnels and bridges at Nguyen Huu Tho - Nguyen Van Linh intersections; The expansion of Le Van Luong, Nguyen Tat Thanh streets; Newly built Kenh Te Bridge 2 ... connecting District 7 and District 4 to help traffic area more convenient.
