The Group always ensures full compliance with the legal requirements on Environmental Protection, does not allow violations or administrative sanctions related to environmental protection during the implementation of projects. Safety and environmental management during construction at projects controlled and supervised by the Group based on ISO management system processes; including supervising the contractor's activities, controlling the environmental impact of water, air, wastewater and waste according to current technical regulations and standards.

To meet the green space and life quality needs of our customers, the Group’s eco and integrated satellite urban and hospitality real estate areas are followed and implemented accordingly to the green building standards.

2. Aqua City - Smart eco-urban area in the East of HCMC:

Aqua City has been honored with the Best Sustainable Residential Development Vietnam 1 at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020.

In 2022, Aqua City is honored to receive the Best public infrastructure Awards from Nhip Cau Dau Tu.
