The Prime Minister has just approved the investment policy of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway construction investment project (phase 1) under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, with a total investment of VND 19,616 billion. The project prepares to invest and implement the project from 2021 to 2026.
Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project has a length of about 53.7km. In which: the starting point is at the connection with the national highway 1 bypass route through Bien Hoa city; the end point at km53+700 intersects with National Highway 56 in Ba Ria city. This expressway is built according to expressway standards with speed of 100 km/h.
