According to the recommendations of experts, investors should choose the products from the developers that have affirmed the prestige in the market, the projects are invested synchronously, well connected ... Especially, Environmentally-friendly projects and natural landscapes are well invested and increasing value. The Lakeview City, the project of  Novaland Group, is in the process of completion and expected to be handed over to customers in the first quarter of 2017. According to investors, up to now each house in this project has increased about 1 billion dong, but very few of customers want to resell.
