The real estate market in the first quarter has continued to receive many positive signs.  Sunrise City (District 7): The scale project stretches to around 1 km at the gateway of Saigon South, first handing over Phase 1 in July 2012. The construction commencement of the first towers of the 2nd Phase has been completed and the 3rd Phase is still under construction. These apartments range from 1.8 billion with rental price ranging from 16 million-34 million per month.

 Tropic Garden (District 2): located in the center of Thao Dien, Phase 1 has already been handed over to customers and Phase 2 goes on to the construction stage. These apartments range from 2.3 billion and rental price ranges from 19 million - 30 million per month. 

 Lexington Residence (District 2): located on the front of Mai Chi Tho ave, connecting to Thu Thiem (new urban area) These apartments range from 1.3 billion dong and the rental prices range from 11 million - 25 million per month.

Novaland not only participates in residential buildings but is also involved in office leasing with model "Smart Office’s" incorporated into The Prince Residence project.
