About the award-winning projects of Novaland
The Sun Avenue, a complex of apartments, offices and shopping mall, comprises eight V-shaped buildings. The buildings have been designed to provide ventilation and views from every part so that occupants can enjoy the benefits of a healthy and secure lifestyle. The Sun Avenue’s design is inspired by a famous area in Singapore, Clarke Quay, and so the ground floor of all the buildings has been earmarked for commercial units with offices occupying the second to fourth levels. This project would create a bustling shopping area in the east of HCM City. The project also draws inspiration from both western and Vietnamese influences as the tower facades are designed to display natural flows such as the billowing waves of rice fields and the meandering of the ancient banyan trees.
Lakeview City is planned and designed by leading Japanese architecture companies. With its low-rise structures, 60 per cent of it has been earmarked for trees and public spaces. This is one of the few projects in HCM City’s east to have all amenities including a 3.6ha lake. This landscaped lake, situated at the heart of the project, has a high density of trees and parks along its streets, rivers and canals. The project includes townhouses, shop houses, semi-detached villas. Both projects are under construction and have been handed-over to buyers on schedule.
