NOVALAND EXPO RECEIVED AROUND 12,000 VISITORS IN THE FIRST TWO DAY EXHIBITION

The Novaland Expo 2019 has received a huge flow of visitors in its third day – June 16, 2019. Two large-scale tourism complexes featuring second home products, NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Ho Tram, are driving strong interest from buyers and investors.

Along with these two projects, Novaland’s first development under the eco-urban complex model, Aqua City, is another outstanding example of projects displayed at the expo.

Aqua City will be developed into a complete urban development township with strong green building standards at every step, from planning and architecture to construction and the environment, both in and around the project.

Located on 121 hectares in Bien Hoa City in Dong Nai Province, right at the eastern edge of Ho Chi Minh City, Aqua City consists of townhouses, semi-detached and detached villas, shop houses and amenities such as a trade centre, school, entertainment and leisure centre, sport centre and more.

The Novaland Expo 2019 is an opportunity for Novaland to share the latest information on its development strategy from 2019-2023 to domestic and international strategic partners, investors and buyers.

Accordingly, from the start of this year, Novaland’s management board and teams have been striving toward the target of “Community Creation – Destination Establishment – Happiness Achievement.”

The group’s vision has also transitioned toward a more efficient and supportive path: “Novaland is the leading economic group in real estate – finance – tourism – infrastructure development.”  In the near future, apart from developing different types of real estate, Novaland will continue to develop tourism and infrastructure systems – two closely related fields in the real estate sector. In the longer term, Novaland will approach other types of business, such as financial investment and development.

At the expo, a conference under the theme “Vacation Property Market – What is the Opportunity for Second Homes?” was held on June 15 with the participation of well-known real estate and tourism experts such as Cao Thi Ngoc Lan, deputy chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Association, Duong Thuy Dung, senior director of CBRE Vietnam, and lawyer Truong Thi Hoa from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. The conference attracted hundreds of buyers and investors.

At the expo, Novaland also officially introduced a loyalty program called NOVALOYALTY, which includes a range of incentives for buyers when they register for a membership card, such as instant information updates, incentives and discounts on Novaland products. Members will also receive gifts on holidays and birthdays. More than 500 visitors registered at the expo, and hundreds of Gold, Diamond and Platinum cards were given out.

Ms Khanh Linh, a long-term Novaland buyer who lives in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2, said that she was happy that Novaland has added more valuable services to its portfolio, and greatly appreciated the group’s capacity. “I will certainly invest in more products from Novaland very soon with this Platinum card, which includes a discount of 5 per cent,” Linh said.
