ENTERPRISES ARE RACING TO GET THE FRONTAGE TOWNHOUSE WEST AREA

Frontage for retail, townhouse in west area was being hotter and hotter day by day because of the demand for business expending of many enterprises.

a recent year, the demand on renting frontage for business in Tan Phu, Tan Binh,  Go Vâp district increase incredibly. A mass of food stores, fast food, fashion stores, café open quickly made the change for whole area. Many famous F&B system stores had opened here.

The rental fee in Âu Cơ stress almost increase from 20% - 30% compare with last year. Some place in this area also increased 20% - 50%. Beside the big brand as Coffee House, Café Bene, Urban station had opened in Bau Cat street, Nguyen Hong Dao street, many small enterprises also open convenience store, showroom, stores… made the rental fee here increased unaccountably.

Discussion about the demand on frontage for retail at west area, Mrs. Trang Pham, from JLL Research said, the west market did not develop strong as the central market, but a recent year, with the development of infrastructure and big retail company as E Mart, AEON Mall had built the biggest shopping center in Tan Phu, Binh Tan, Go Vap made a lot of big property projects open here, and attract more residence and retail brands to serve living & entertainment demand, it creates a dynamic living environment.
