After completing the foundations, Lexington Residence commenced the construction of its basement in April of this year, under the close supervision of the investors together with Novaland and experienced contractors; Coteccons.
Combining with Coteccons in the construction of Lexington Residence, Novaland’s project management team will closely monitor to make sure that only the best quality goods are sold to our consumers.
Mr. Van Viet Son - General Manager of Nova Lexington says that: "Novaland applies exceptionally strict quality management processes according to international standards from the design, construction and implementation to monitoring and project management. Speaking at the commencement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Chairman/ General Director of Coteccons says that: "It is our honor to be the main contractor in constructing the foundations and basement for the Lexington Residence, Coteccons has gathered enough labor and equipment and we will work closely with the investors. Novaland will oversee that the construction is on schedule and that the project exceeds expectations."
